Before
Great Product - But needs to speak to Salesforce
Chronicle has it all going for them. They found a way to populate data for law firms that helped them stay on top of their clients’ case work. The good news, it worked great. The bad news was that their clients still needed to log into the Chronicle App to see their client specific data…
- Disjointed applications.
- Manual steps to match records between systems.
- No notifications or sync’ing of databases
- Their clients were in Salesforce, their competitors had applications to make it easy.
- The idea was there, but they needed the execution.
Our Role
Salesforce Experts building a seamless experience for Chronicle’s Customers
Our role was to be the Salesforce experts, and to drive towards completing the project on a tight timeline and budget that couldn’t be exceeded.
We:
- Designed and delivered a fully managed Salesforce package that embeds Chronicle’s evidence-retrieval platform directly into law firms’ CRM environments
- Translated Chronicle’s complex data model (Clients/Cases, Documents, Events, Uploads, and Tasks) into a clean, scalable Salesforce architecture
- Delivered the end-to-end integration in eight weeks, on time and within budget
- Built a flexible matching and object-mapping framework that supports firm-specific Salesforce structures and override logic
- Implemented an Apex-based Upload workflow with field-level validation prior to API submission
- Architected a reliable, high-volume hourly synchronization process using Salesforce Bulk API
- Advised on managed-package architecture, including authentication models and future bidirectional syncing
